If you would like to make a reservation, we would require a non-refundable deposit of 33%  of the total bill in order to secure the accommodation.  The full balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. 

Please note that neither the deposit nor the full balance is refundable and we would therefore strongly advise you to take out insurance against holiday cancellation.

There will also be added to the invoice a levy of £150.00 to cover accidental breakages/damage.  This sum will be payable on arrival and can be in the form of foreign currency if preferred.  It will be refunded in full or in part pending inspection of the property upon departure.

At least two hours is required following departure in order for this inspection to take place.
