ACCOMMODATION
Boscote Cottage offers high quality self-catering holiday accommodation in the heart of Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of this wonderful town.
Stratford offers excellent shopping in a beautiful setting, on the banks of the river Avon. The theatre and the Shakespearean historic houses are all walking distance from the cottage. There is also a rich selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from.

 
Boscote Cottage accommodates up to four people in a double bedroom (twin beds or super king size bed), single bedroom and quality, comfortable single sofa bed in the sitting room.
With traditional flag-stone flooring, cosy rugs and open hearth the lounge is comfortably furnished and tastefully styled.

 
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, china and glassware.
The upstairs bathroom is stylish and offers bath with shower over and a constant supply of hot water. Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is full gas central heating throughout.

 
Outside, Boscote Cottage has a pretty courtyard garden complete with garden furniture and barbecue.
It is a wonderful sun trap and allows you the opportunity to relax with a glass of wine in a secluded setting.
We are happy to take children and pets by prior arrangement.

LOCATION
Situated in Mulberry Street, Boscote Cottage is a pretty, newly renovated Victorian terraced cottage which has been stylishly refurbished to a very high standard. It is very well-equipped to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
A visitor's parking permit is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. This must be returned at the end of your stay.
 
 
HOLIDAY INFORMATION

Stratford-upon-Avon is a small market town on the banks of the river Avon. It is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the vibrant and beautiful setting of Shakespeare's hometown.

Stratford is also in the centre of England, close to Warwick, to the North, with its famous castle and the Cotswolds to the south, just 10 miles away.

WALKING:-

The town is small enough to walk to visit the Shakespeare historic houses and also take a stroll through the parks and along the river Avon.

TOURING:-

There are many places of interest to visit within the local region, why not extend your stay and visit further afield....

Terms and Conditions of Hire
Letting weeks are from Friday to Friday. Please contact us if you wish to stay for a short break (min. 2 nights) as these are available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.
The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30am on your departure date.
A refundable £100 deposit is required with the booking form and full payment is required 5 weeks in advance. The client will be liable for the cost of any damage to the property or breakages which occur during the rental period. We respectfully ask clients to leave the cottage in the condition in which they found it. Clients will be liable for extra cleaning costs.
To this end, the refundable deposit will be cashed and refunded to the client within two weeks after they vacate the property.
N.B. Failure to return the Visitor's Parking Permit will result in the forfeiture of the deposited refund.
No smoking whatsoever is permitted on the premises.
Liability : The owners shall not be liable to the client or third parties for any damage, loss, accident, injury expense or inconvenience which may be suffered or incurred that arise out of or in any way in connection with the rental.
No pets are permitted on the premises without prior arrangement with the Owners.
Cancellation :
You are entering into a legally binding contract when you book a holiday home.
We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance. If you are forced to cancel, for whatever reason, under the law you will be liable. Any cancellation should be made in writing. We will attempt to re-let the property but if we are not successful either in total or part, then a refund or part refund will be made. If re-letting is unsuccessful, then all monies paid will be forfeit.
